Our Family Fitness Challenge has gotten off to a very good start. Everyone had a very, very good first week, and we should all be proud of our accomplishments.
As you read the totals of everyones week, take into consideration that our total points are not just on the weight that we lost, but the step that we took (monitored by a ped. meter) and exercise that had been done during the week, monitored in min.

I think we should all feel very well about how we did. As a whole, we lost 49.3
pounds, and that is a lot of FAT!!!
