Week 3 was tough for me, so far this week (4) has gotten easier, but then we
are only 3 days into this week.
Good luck to all teams this week, keep in mind what Ryan said, "after 21 days of doing something it becomes a habit" We will have slow weeks, but we can overcome them! Pull together teams, we can do this!! And if all else fails lets try the Taco Bell Diet, seems to be working for the McPhatties!!!
